Coach application

NEW for 2026-2027--A Criminal Record Check will be required that is valid for 3 years in order to proceed with your application.

 All MMHA Registered Hockey Sask Team Officials (Head Coach, Assistants, Managers and Trainers) must upload  a completed RCMP Criminal Record Check including the Enhanced Vulnerable Sector Check (EVSC) report upon first application and every three (3) years thereafter. This report will be part of the coaching application and must be uploaded to their Spordle Profile.
